Press release 2018-08-08 New partner and delivery of three oliveCEPT® systems to Spain Arc Aroma Pure AB (“ArcAroma”) will deliver three oliveCEPT® system to Spain to be installed 2018. This is a first delivery as a part of a newly signed sales and distribution agreement with Padillo, Córdoba, Spain. In the agreement ArcAroma assigns the exclusive sales and distribution rights for oliveCEPT® in Spain and Portugal to Padillo. Our new distributor Padillo (www.padillo.com) is based in Córdoba, Spain and has over 40 years´ experience from installation and start-up of olive oil plants in the Spain and Portugal. Padillo is a well reputed and reliable distributor that holds a market share of 20% in the region. The agreement assigns the exclusive sales and distribution rights for oliveCEPT® in Spain and Portugal to Padillo and includes installation of a first at least three oliveCEPT® system to be delivered for use during the season 2018-19. As communicated earlier, the supply of these at least three oliveCEPT® systems have been secured. We have a special focus on Spain and Portugal as the Iberian Peninsula is an important region for ArcAroma and oliveCEPT®. Spain is the largest producer and exporter of olive oil in the world and thus the region needs a special focus. Padillo is a perfect strategic partner.
