Arc Aroma Pure AB has signed a long-term partnership with a global player. The global player is represented in 100 countries and has 18,000 employees. The agreement states that the partner will evaluate oliveCEPT ™ in its existing network. The agreement also gives the party the right to commercialize and launch oliveCEPT ™ globally and to manage sales, service and support. The agreement is long-term with the intention that after the evaluation a reseller agreement regarding the global marketing of the oliveCEPT™ will be signed. The global player considers oliveCEPT™ as a natural complement to their existing range of products, further that our product fits in well with the company’s current product range and their existing market plan. The partner requested that, for commercial and other reasons, not to be mentioned by name which we of course respect.
The collaboration will start immediately; the plan is to conduct validations as soon as possible. The activities will be conducted in close cooperation between Arc Aroma Pure and an Italian subsidiary of the global player who is specialized in the extraction process. The agreement is partly the result of the completed pilot studies in Sweden and in Spain and is not an obstacle for continued cooperation with TasNord in Spain.
